If you need Court-Ordered Community Service, we need a little more information.

MHC approval of your request may take up to 2 weeks.  If you are approved, you will need to bring your court order, or a letter from you lawyer, a copy of the Mother Hubbard’s Cupboard email stating that you have been approved and any other documents that you will need signed.

In order to approve your request to complete Court-Ordered Community Service hours at Mother Hubbard’s Cupboard, you will need to complete and submit the following information: 

Please note that the person who committed the infraction needs to be the one with whom we are communicating.  Please also note that work at the cupboard can be physically demanding; you should be able to lift at least 25 pounds.”

Mother Hubbard's Cupboard is a tax-exempt organization under section 501 (c) (3) of the IRS code. Unless otherwise noted, the only goods and services provided are tangible charitable benefits.
